2014 Aluminum Foil Roll is a synthetic aluminum material.
Judging from the composition, 2014 Aluminum Foil is a hard aluminum alloy and a wrought aluminum alloy. Compared with 2A50, it has higher copper content, so it has higher strength and better thermal strength, but its plasticity in the hot state is not as good as 2A50. 2014 aluminum has good machinability. Contact welding and spot welding are welding parts that are welded at individual points on the contact surface of the joint. 2014 aluminum has better plasticity.

The welding and seam welding performance is good, but the arc welding and gas welding performance is poor; it can be strengthened by heat treatment and has an extrusion effect; the corrosion resistance is not high, and there is a tendency for corrosion between inspections during artificial aging.

Heat treatment specification editor broadcast
(1) Homogenization annealing: heating to 475~490℃; holding for 12~14h; furnace cooling.
(2) Complete annealing: heating to 350~400℃; depending on the effective thickness of the material, the holding time is 30~120min; cooling in the furnace to 300℃ at a speed of 30~50℃/h, and then air cooling.
(3) Rapid annealing: heating 350~460℃; holding time 30~120min; air cooling.
(4) Quenching and aging: quenching at 495~505℃, water cooling; natural aging at room temperature for 96 hours.
Status: Aluminum and aluminum alloy extruded rods (≤22mm, H112, T6 status)
