1050 aluminum sheet is very soft and has little strength, but it has good ductility. It can be pulled into filaments or rolled foil.
1050 aluminum sheet has small density, can be strengthened, easy to process, and has good conductivity and thermal conductivity. Its conductivity is two-thirds of that of copper and its thermal conductivity is three times greater than that of iron. Therefore, it is mostly used in wires, cables, various heat exchangers, heat dissipation materials, etc.
1050 aluminum plate cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, but its strength can be improved by cold deformation.
Corrosion resistance, no low temperature brittleness, strong reflection, no magnetism, sound absorption, nuclear radiation resistance and beautiful appearance.
