1060 aluminum foil adds a small amount of copper element, which has many excellent properties.  With high plasticity, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, it is widely used in the production of gaskets, auto parts, capacitors, food packaging, electronic labels and so on.

 

O state 1060 Aluminum Foil Features:

Mechanical properties: tensile strength b (MPa)≥ 75, conditional yield strength 0.2 (MPa)≥35, can meet the conventional processing requirements (stamping, stretching), high formability.

1060 is a pure aluminum series, which has good plasticity, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. But the strength is low and the machinability is not good.

Good welding performance, can gas welding, hydrogen welding and contact welding, but not easy brazing.

Easy to bear all kinds of pressure processing, extension and bending.

Used for cosmetic bottle cap material: The cosmetic cap of aluminum foil and plastic composite material has better sealing, the cap body is silver-white, it can also be coated into other colors, and the appearance is more beautiful.
