3003 aluminum sheet belongs to the 3xxx series aluminum alloys and is a typical Al–Mn (aluminum–manganese) alloy. It offers slightly higher strength than pure aluminum but cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. In addition to sheets, 3003 alloy can also be manufactured as 3003 aluminum coils, aluminum tread plates, color-coated aluminum sheets, and more. Due to its balanced performance and cost-effectiveness, 3003 aluminum is one of the most widely used aluminum alloy grades.
At GNEE, we supply a full range of 3003 aluminum products to meet diverse industrial needs.

Typical Applications of 3003 Aluminum
Thanks to its excellent formability, corrosion resistance, and weldability, 3003 aluminum sheet is commonly used for components requiring reliable forming performance and durability, such as:
Cookware
Pressure vessels
Sun visors
Natural gas piping
Pipeline insulation and sheathing
Garage doors
Refrigerator panels
Kitchen appliances
Truck and trailer roofs
Heat exchangers
Anti-slip aluminum panels
Can 3003 Aluminum Be Bent?
Yes. 3003 aluminum sheet has excellent ductility and resists cracking during bending. In bending applications, the most commonly used tempers are H14 and H24.
Hard tempers (such as H18, H19, H38) have poor bending performance.
Half-hard tempers (H14, H24) can generally be bent successfully and are widely used.
O temper (annealed) bends very easily, but because it is too soft, it is rarely selected for practical bending applications.
3003 Aluminum Sheet Price
3003 aluminum sheet is considered one of the most cost-effective corrosion-resistant aluminum alloys for outdoor and general-purpose use. Pricing varies depending on thickness, width, length, and temper.
For reference, typical dimensions include thickness 1–100 mm, width 100–1500 mm, and length 200–2500 mm. Common standard sheet sizes are 1220 × 2440 mm, 1250 × 2500 mm, and 1500 × 3000 mm.
