1. Classification by material composition
Ordinary aluminum alloy pattern plate (1060 aluminum base)
Characteristics: low cost, good ductility, aluminum content ≥99.6%
Application: cold storage floor, outer packaging, ordinary anti-slip scenes
Aluminum-manganese alloy pattern plate (3003 aluminum base)
Characteristics: rust resistance is better than ordinary aluminum plate, moderate strength, and corrosion resistance is weaker than 5000 series

Features: closely arranged lentil-shaped protrusions, strong pressure resistance
Application: truck cargo box bottom plate, cold storage floor, elevator pedal
Orange peel patterned aluminum plate
Features: the surface is similar to the texture of orange peel, with both decorative and anti-fouling properties

Features: semi-circular spherical protrusions, enhanced compression and deformation resistance
