Depending on the surface treatment, brushed aluminum sheet drawings can be made into straight, filled, threaded, corrugated and spiral shapes.
Straight line brushed aluminum sheet. It is a process of mechanical abrasion on a machined straight surface. It is available in painted aluminum surfaces and double effect aluminum sheet surfaces. Two types of connecting wires are available for connecting longitudinal and transversal aluminum sheets, by brushing the surface resistance of the connecting wires with microfiber cloth or stainless steel brushes (e.g. wire brushing under conditions of *equipment operating skills or with planer-abrasive pliers on aluminum sheet mills). The wire diameter of the stainless steel brushes can be varied to obtain lines of different thicknesses. Principle of preparation: a differential wheel consisting of two groups rotates, one group of rubber rollers rotates quickly, and one group of rubber rollers rotates at a slow speed under the condition that the emblematic wire of aluminum or aluminum alloy passes between the two groups of rubber rollers and brushes out a continuous straight line.
Filling brushed aluminum plate
