What is tin foil

Tin foil, also called aluminum foil, has good thermal and electrical conductivity and can resist high temperatures and flames. It is also moisture-proof and can effectively maintain the humidity of food. It is therefore suitable for cooking, baking and packaging food applications.

Usage: When baking cakes, biscuits or bread, in order to prevent the surface from getting too dark, you can cover the food with tin foil, with the photosensitive side facing up. Use it to wrap meat and bake it, so that the grilled meat will be more tender and moist. It can also effectively prevent food from sticking to the baking pan and facilitate cleaning of the baking pan.

Notes on use: One side of the tin foil is bright and the other side is matte. The matte side comes into contact with food, and the glossy side is exposed outside. If you accidentally use it backwards and the photosensitive surface comes into contact with the food, the food may stick to the tin foil.
Don’t use tinfoil in the microwave!
