The first letter of the brand number represents the series, and the value behind it represents the purity.
Example: 1 series aluminum plate, the market is usually 1000, 1050, 1060, 1070, etc. 1000 represents that the purity of aluminum content reaches 99.00%, and 1050 means that the purity must reach 99.5% to be qualified. •The 1100 series is made of pure aluminum and has low strength. It is mainly used for interior decoration and curtain wall glass backboard (aluminum plates without manganese will also oxidize outdoors for a long time, with low hardness and poor wind pressure resistance). •The 3003 series is mainly used for curtain wall exterior materials, but the 3003 series takes 7-15 days to set the material. •The 5005 series aluminum plate is rarely used, mainly because of its high cost and difficulty in processing. The aluminum plate has a high tensile strength, which makes the material brittle and easy to bend and crack during processing.
Aluminum plates are usually divided into the following two types:ØØAccording to alloy composition: High-purity aluminum plate (rolled from high-purity aluminum with a content of more than 99.9)
Pure aluminum plate (basically rolled from pure aluminum)
Alloy aluminum plate (composed of aluminum and auxiliary alloys, usually aluminum-copper, aluminum-manganese, aluminum-silicon, aluminum-magnesium, etc.)
Composite aluminum plate or brazing plate (special-purpose aluminum plate material obtained by combining multiple materials)
Aluminum-clad aluminum plate (aluminum plate with a thin aluminum plate wrapped around the outside for special purposes)
The main methods of fluorocarbon spraying are two-coating, three-coating, and four-coatingØØThe thickness of the spray layer of the two-coating is not less than 30um, and the spray layer of the three-coating is not less than 30um. The coating thickness is not less than 40um, the coating thickness of the four-coat spray is not less than 45um, and the fluorine content of the fluorocarbon spray is greater than 70%; ØØ The spray thickness of the powder spray is not less than 60um. The purpose of pre-treatment: Before spraying aluminum alloy profiles and plates, the surface of the workpiece must be degreased, decontaminated and chemically treated to produce a chromized film, increase the bonding ability of the coating and the metal surface, and help extend the service life of the paint film.
Primer coating: As a primer coating for sealing the substrate, its function is to improve the coating's anti-penetration ability, enhance the protection of the substrate, stabilize the metal surface layer, strengthen the surface force between the topcoat and the metal, and ensure the color uniformity of the topcoat coating. The thickness of the paint layer is generally 5-10 microns.
Topcoat coating: The topcoat coating is a key layer of the spray coating, which provides the decorative color required by the aluminum material, so that the appearance of the aluminum material meets the design requirements, and protects the metal surface from the erosion of the external atmosphere, acid rain, and pollution, and prevents ultraviolet penetration. Greatly enhance the anti-aging ability, the topcoat coating is the thickest layer of paint in the spraying, and the thickness of the paint layer is generally 23-30 microns.
Finishing paint coating: Finishing paint coating is also called varnish coating. The main purpose is to more effectively enhance the paint layer's ability to resist external erosion, protect the topcoat coating, increase the metallic luster of the topcoat color, and make the color bright and dazzling. The coating thickness is generally 5-10 microns. The total thickness of the three spray coatings is generally greater than 40 microns.
Pretreatment Pretreatment process: degreasing and decontamination of aluminum plates - water washing - alkali washing (degreasing) - water washing - acid washing - water washing - chromization (due to environmental protection issues, high-quality manufacturers now change to non-chromium treatment) - water washing - pure water washing
At present, there are two types of pretreatment in the industry
Spray track type - Advantages: better guarantee of product spraying quality, no secondary pollution, fully automatic completion in the track, the disadvantage is high cost and low efficiency;
Immersion pretreatment - Advantages: low cost and high efficiency. The disadvantage is that the product quality cannot be fully guaranteed, and there is a risk of secondary pollution and scratching the product.
Advantages of wood grain transfer technology 1. Environmental protection, so that aluminum products have wood texture, good simulation effect, replace wood decorative materials, more energy-saving and environmentally friendly. 2. The printed texture has a strong adhesion effect on aluminum materials, no smell, zero pollution, and is an environmentally friendly green building material product. 3. The wood grain pattern is rich, and there are different textures to choose from. The wood texture is vivid and has a strong decorative effect. 4. Wood grain transfer is used on aluminum materials and is easy to care for and clean. If the surface is stained, it can be restored to its original appearance after being wiped with water. 5. Fire resistance, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, and hardness are better than solid wood.
Common precautions for aluminum veneers: 1. If the aluminum veneer needs surface treatment, the decorative surface should be indicated in the drawing, and if there is a direction, the direction should be indicated. 2. The surface treatment color of the aluminum veneer must be indicated in the aluminum veneer processing drawing or form (mostly indicated by the color card number). 3. Because powder spraying will fade when exposed to ultraviolet rays, powder sprayed aluminum veneers are generally suitable for places that are not exposed to direct sunlight. 4. After the aluminum veneer is processed and sprayed, a numbered label needs to be attached to the back of the plate for matching installation. 5. Adjacent aluminum veneers on the same plane should be produced, processed, and sprayed in the same batch. The reasons are: First, the composition of the aluminum veneer substrates in different batches is different, and the density change of the electrolyte will cause color difference in the alumina plate; second, the composition ratio and processing temperature of the spray paint in different batches cannot be guaranteed to be exactly the same, which will also cause color difference. 6. Continuous bending and multiple welding workpieces require trial samples. Because the cumulative error of the workpieces of continuous bending and multiple welding is too large, and the finishing effect is difficult to guarantee: the processing difficulty coefficient increases, and the cost increases. 7. The bending of uncommon angles (integer multiples of 45°) needs to consider the factory processing capacity. 8. Hyperbolic workpieces should be avoided as much as possible or changed to angles. 9. After the processing of the aluminum veneer workpiece is completed, attention should be paid to the protection of the finished product before delivery, transportation, installation and acceptance. 10. Aluminum products should not be in direct contact with other metals in the curtain wall system except stainless steel to avoid bimetallic corrosion. 11. Drainage should be considered when designing aluminum veneers, especially for suspended ceiling aluminum veneers. Drainage holes should be opened if the design allows water to enter.
