High-temperature aluminum foil is widely used in aerospace, automobiles, electronics, energy and many other fields due to its excellent high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. However, during the application process in these fields, there are many challenges in the preparation, processing, use and recycling of high-temperature aluminum foil.
The preparation of high-temperature aluminum foil is a technical problem. During the preparation process, process parameters such as smelting, casting and rolling, and heat treatment need to be strictly controlled. A slight carelessness will affect the performance of the aluminum foil. In addition, the surface treatment of high-temperature aluminum foil is also a big challenge, because aluminum foil easily reacts with oxygen in the air at high temperatures to form aluminum oxide, which affects its conductivity and corrosion resistance.

The processing of high-temperature aluminum foil is also a problem. Due to its high melting point, high-temperature processing equipment and technology are required for processing, which not only increases processing costs, but also requires higher skill levels for workers. At the same time, high-temperature aluminum foil has poor plasticity and ductility, and is prone to cracks and deformations. It requires fine operations and strict quality control during processing.

High-temperature aluminum foil also has some problems during use. For example, in the aerospace field, due to the lighter weight of high-temperature aluminum foil, it has a certain impact on the flight performance of aircraft; in the automotive field, the recycling and reuse of high-temperature aluminum foil is also a problem. In addition, the physical properties such as electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity of high-temperature aluminum foil also need to be precisely controlled during the application process.
The recycling and reuse of high-temperature aluminum foil is also an urgent problem to be solved. Due to the high price of high-temperature aluminum foil and the immature recycling technology, a large amount of discarded high-temperature aluminum foil cannot be effectively processed, which not only wastes resources but also causes pollution to the environment.
