As the main process for stabilizing the fuel tank material process, the continuous increase of annealing furnaces is an important manifestation of the continuous improvement of fuel tank material production capacity. The upgraded annealing furnace has a faster heating rate and a more stable insulation effect, bringing more Stable process capabilities, and the addition of gas annealing furnaces is also a major change for our factory on the road to reducing energy consumption and sustainable development. Currently, there are 8 gas furnaces and 4 electric furnaces to ensure the production of fuel tank materials.
The center withdrawal of the fuel tank material is to meet the mechanical performance requirements of the product in terms of tensile strength and elongation, and to ensure uniform and stable performance of the entire roll.
After the fuel tank material is rolled to the finished thickness on the cold rolling mill, the plate surface is cleaned and the pattern is corrected through stretch bending, and then samples are taken for testing. After stabilization, it is sent to the flying shear to make the finished plate according to the customer's requirements.
