The main reasons are: there are sharp defects or hard impurities on the surface of the rollers and guide rollers; there are sharp defects or dry impurities on the mechanical guide rollers and shearing, winding, and cutting guide rails. Scratch: A cluster (or group) of scratches on the surface of a box caused by relative sliding or misalignment of edges or surfaces between objects.
Oil pollution is also common in pure aluminum plate quality problems. Oil pollution refers to too much oil on the surface of the aluminum tip after rolling, and too much oil outside the rolling oil film. It is visible to the naked eye during the cutting, production and inspection of the finished product.
These oils are mainly caused by throws, splashes at the roll neck or the exit of the rolling mill, dripping onto the surface of the box, abnormal roll cleaners and oil droplets on the thickness measuring head of the rolling mill. They are often dirty and messy. This kind of oil contamination will bring considerable harm to the surface of the aluminum plate: since most of the finished aluminum plates are used as decoration or packaging materials, they should have a clean surface; secondly, because the thickness of the aluminum plate is thin, it is easier to form bubbles . During the subsequent annealing process, due to excessive oil residue formed in this area, its use will be affected. Oil contamination defects are an important indicator for evaluating the quality of pure aluminum plates.
Solution: Aluminum plate manufacturers should strictly inspect production equipment before production. If excessive oil stains are found in the equipment, they should be cleaned in time and the cause should be identified. At the same time, the products on the board should be cleaned, products that cannot be cleaned should be discarded, and products contaminated with oil are prohibited from entering warehouses and markets.
