After the pure aluminum plates arrive at the construction site, each aluminum plate is installed with lines based on the lines that have been previously played, mainly vertically and supplementally horizontally, so that the vertical glue joints of the aluminum plates can be maintained as a smooth curve. After the overall installation of the aluminum plates is completed, make a template across the three aluminum plates according to the theoretical arc, place it against the surface of the aluminum plates, and perform partial checks row by row to see whether the aluminum plates are installed smoothly and have gaps on the same horizontal line. Whether it is uniform and so on, then look at the overall effect when the scaffolding is removed layer by layer, and solve the problems in time during the construction process, because the hall is always distributed on the scaffolding, so the entire installation effect cannot be observed at once. Many of the previous works were only partial. After the scaffolding was completely dismantled, it was still found that the pure aluminum plate had the following unsatisfactory aspects. The construction party made a second adjustment until it was satisfactory:
1. Looking up from the hall, the curvature of the inner curtain wall is not smooth enough, and there is an obvious uneven feeling. Use the space of the grid to climb up from the back of the grid, adjust the hoops and beam bolts where needed, and control the entry and exit of the aluminum plate keels. The adjustment effect is also ideal.
2. There are small patches of clouds (shadows) on the surface of the aluminum plate, which is mainly caused by uneven installation on the surface of the aluminum plate. Use mobile scaffolding to loosen the connecting bolts on the aluminum plate with uneven surface, use a horizontal ruler against the surface, and adjust by adding a gasket behind the aluminum plate.
3. Some pure aluminum plates have serious visual effects due to distortion and deformation, so the aluminum plates must be reprocessed.
4. The stainless steel decorative strips go in and out inconsistently and the curvature is not smooth. Use scaffolding to cut off the glue, remove the decorative strips and reinstall them, which not only ensures access, but also adjusts the curvature.
