Everyone in the industry knows that the pure aluminum plates of the entire aluminum plate project are not produced directly in one go according to the drawings and handed over to the construction party. Instead, after batches of goods are produced, the construction workers are installed after they are completed. Carry out the production and processing of the next batch. This requires that the gap between the aluminum plates of the aluminum plate processing manufacturers should not be too large. A small initial error will cause data problems in subsequent aluminum plate processing, and the product will easily encounter problems with installation.
In this regard, the entire aluminum plate processing industry actually has relevant national standards. In this standard, the corresponding parameters are specified very carefully and strictly. Usually the size and specifications of aluminum plates are composed of thickness, length, width, hem height, diagonal difference, etc.

The length and width determine the basic shape of the entire pure aluminum plate, while the thickness can affect the performance of the entire aluminum plate. Regardless of the aluminum plate shape, the thickness error range is within ±0.1mm. When the length and width of the aluminum plate are less than or equal to 2000mm, the maximum allowable error in length and width is 1mm. When the length and width are greater than 2000mm, the error in length and width cannot be greater than 1.5mm.
The error range of the hem height has nothing to do with the size of the aluminum plate and cannot be greater than 0.5mm. The allowable error range of the diagonal difference is that when the length of the aluminum plate is less than or equal to 2000mm, the allowable error value is 2mm; if the length is greater than 2000mm, the error value cannot be greater than 3mm.

The sheet metal processing of pure aluminum plates is done on the production line and is processed by skilled workers on machines. Due to various reasons, there may be some gaps in the processed aluminum plates, but this gap should be controlled within a predetermined range, otherwise it will not work. For qualified products, these errors should be minimized. Whether it is sheet metal processing or spraying, attention should be paid to accuracy.
