The diameter mold width of the entire aluminum plate is generally 15~40mm. The specification of the full-diameter mold is to make one mold every 1mm, and each specification is 4~5. According to the standard of this industry, it can be reduced by 0.05 to 0.1mm.

The second is the wire drawing die. The aluminum alloy wire drawing die is a hard aluminum alloy die. The die blank is required according to the shape of the die hole. It is only used for grinding and polishing. It is simple to operate and is reduced or resisted by the carbide die. It can be used in Carbide mold steel mold sets are convenient to use and replace.
Finally, the pipe tensile modulus of ordinary pipes. The tensile modulus is generally divided into four parts. The first part represents the lubrication cone (inlet cone). This part is the function of lubricant storage. It is blank in the working area to reduce friction. When it is in the shape of an arc, its length is the pipe diameter, which is 1.1~1.5; for the rod drawing die, use an arc of R-=4~8mm instead of the tapered length for lubrication, which is also an ideal β (2~3)a . The path area is fixed. A reasonable shape for the path area is a cylindrical shape. The drawing mold used in the production line can have a taper of 0.5 to 2 degrees after repair. The length of the fixed diameter belt is generally 4~5mm.

Exit cone. The exit cone 2R is at an angle of approximately 60 degrees. The length of the discharge port can be determined according to the size and material of the mold. The diameter is 20%~50%, and the general enterprise is 1~3mm. Working cone (compression cone). The metal is stretched in this area to obtain the desired shape and size.
