(4) Waves: General name for various unevenness of aluminum and aluminum strips caused by uneven deformation. Waves generated by plates and edges are called edge waves. The waves generated in the middle are called intermediate waves. Waves between the middle and sides that are neither in the middle nor the sides are called two-rib waves, and the smaller, roughly round waves are called breaking waves. The reasons include: uneven adjustment of the roller gap, unreasonable roller shape control, uneven lubrication, uneven deformation of the aluminum plate, unreasonable channel pressure distribution, etc.

2. Surface aspect:
(1) Embossing: Due to reasons such as wrinkled stripes and broken stripes, during the rolling process, the irregular color difference on the surface of the roller will periodically be printed on the color difference on the surface of the strip.
(2) Contusion: The appearance of the surface of the aluminum plate is a bundle-shaped wound. Reason: Mechanical or man-made faults occur between the layers of the aluminum plate.
(3) Edge: After rolling or cutting, the edge of the strip is warped.
(4) Corrosion: Dot-like or flaky white or black spots appear on the surface of the aluminum plate. Reason: Converted into acid or alkali or water during production, packaging, transportation, and storage.
(5) Surface oil stain: manifested as surface dirt. Reason: The cooling oil is not clean and the blowing force is weak.
(6) Scratch: Use wound lines to mark the surface of the aluminum plate. Reasons: Rolling guide or convex surface or laminated aluminum; scratched shearing process; improper manual lift inspection.
(7) Side bending: The longitudinal sides of the plates and strips are bent to one side in a non-planar manner. Reason: The rolling mills at both ends of the rolling mill are different, and the thickness of the material on both sides of the plate is inconsistent.
(8) Black spots on the surface: There are needle-like black spots on the surface of the aluminum plate. Reason: The furnace fluid is not clean.
