Aluminum foil alloy 8011 is a brand series of aluminum. It belongs to the 8××× series of alloy aluminum. It is added with Al-Fe-Si elements. Its alloy properties have higher advantages when it exceeds 1% of the total alloy elements.
.
8011 is often used to make aluminum coiled aluminum foil. Its performance is better than that of pure aluminum foil, and it is widely used in aluminum foil. However, 8011 aluminum sheets are not commonly used.

8011 is an 8 series aluminum alloy. Its Si (silicon) content is between 0.5-0.8%, Fe (iron) content is between 0.6-0.9%, and there are trace elements. The rest is aluminum. 1050 is a 1 series aluminum alloy, containing ≥99.5% aluminum, and the rest are fe and si impurities; obviously, 8011 has many impurities and low purity, while 1050 has high purity. In addition, other differences are: 1050 alloy is softer than 8011 alloy, has a lower work hardening rate and lower tensile strength. In terms of use, 8011 is often used as beer foil, household foil, air conditioning foil, and a small number of cable foils or sheets; while 1050 is used as cable ribbons, sheets, and double zero foils.
