1235, 8011 And 3003 Aluminum Foil

1235, 8011 and 3003 are common food-grade aluminum foil models. They have certain differences in chemical composition, use and performance.

1235 aluminum foil is mainly composed of high-purity aluminum (Al), with an aluminum content of approximately 99.35%. This aluminum foil is commonly used in disposable food packaging, household cooking, baking and cooking utensils, as well as some simple food preservation and packaging applications. Because it is softer and easier to fold than other types of aluminum foil, it is more suitable for single-use use.

8011 aluminum foil is also a common food-grade aluminum foil, containing approximately 99.7% aluminum. In addition to aluminum, it usually contains small amounts of impurities such as iron (Fe) and silicon (Si). In the field of food packaging, 8011 aluminum foil is widely used for packaging dairy products, juice, chocolate, coffee, medicines and other foods. Additionally, it is also commonly used in home cooking and baking. Since it usually has good strength and heat resistance, it is suitable for various food packaging needs.

3003 aluminum foil contains aluminum (Al) and a small amount of copper (Cu), with an aluminum content of approximately 98%. This type of aluminum foil is commonly used in home cooking, baking and food preservation. However, compared to 8011 aluminum foil, it may be less suitable for high temperature or special food packaging. Although 3003 aluminum foil has certain strength and heat resistance, it is relatively soft and therefore more suitable for general food packaging needs. 1235, 8011 and 3003 aluminum foil have their own characteristics in terms of chemical composition, use and performance. Based on specific food packaging needs and personal preferences, suitable aluminum foil models can be selected to meet different application scenarios.
