According to the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on September 8, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) voted to make the first anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review of aluminum foil (Aluminum Foil) imported from China with a final affirmative ruling on industrial harm: if the ruling is cancelled, Under the current anti-dumping and countervailing measures, within a reasonably foreseeable period, the substantial damage caused by the import of the products involved to the US domestic industry may continue or reoccur. According to the final ruling, the current anti-dumping and countervailing measures in this case continue to be effective.
